What is Meditation Coaching?

Meditation coaching is a personalized, one-on-one experience where I walk you through discovering the style of meditation that works best for your life right now. Think of it like this: you know the part of you that’s always racing, doubting, or second-guessing? We’re going to sit with that, breathe, and give you tools to meet that part with compassion and focus instead of fight or flight.

During our time together:

I’ll help you identify what’s going on for you (your stress, your patterns, your inner chatter).

  • I’ll introduce and guide you through different meditation styles (because yes — there are more than one) and based on what you share, I’ll suggest which style might suit you best.

  • You’ll get space to vent, express what you’re carrying, and be heard. I’ll hold that space firmly and kindly.

  • We’ll build a consistent “how can I actually bring this into daily life” plan — because meditation isn’t just a cushion thing for five minutes, it’s a life-tool.

Why This Matters (and why you might want in)

Meditation isn’t just sitting still. It’s about meeting the part of you that’s always in motion, the part of you that’s screaming “What if I fail?” or “Why am I doing this?” or “Is this really me?” I’ve been that part. I’ve faced myself when the cameras were off, when social media ended, when the cheering stopped — and the only way I found peace was by showing up for myself.

Now I’m certified (thanks to the Sura Flow Liberate program) and I have over 300 hours of meditation and coaching training under my belt. I want to use everything I’ve learned — the sweaty, messy, “where’s my purpose?”, “why am I anxious again?” moments — so you don’t feel alone in your inner world.

This is not a replacement for mental-health care or medical treatment. If you’re seeing a doctor or therapist (you should be if you’re dealing with deep trauma, clinical depression, etc.), meditation coaching works with that care — it’s an addition, not a substitute.

  • What you can expect: more calm, more clarity, more “I can handle this”-energy. You’ll learn to listen to yourself better, shift into presence, and build a toolbox for your mind.

What this is not about: “fixing” you, “making” you meditate a certain way, or ignoring the big, messy real stuff. We acknowledge the chaotic, the dark, the “why the hell am I like this” moments — and we bring meditation in to help you ride through them instead of running from them.
